Q: Are your Leupold Scopes and Nikon Scopes from the manufacturer and not from China?

A: All of the staff members at Rifle Scopes Pros.com would never want to hunt with a cheap rip-off from China. So we would never sell you one either. All of our scopes and optics are factory sealed straight from Leupold and Nikon or from a certified licensed dealer. All of our optics carry a certified UPC label on them for resale authenticity, provided by the manufacturer. We guarantee it!

Q: Which scope rings or base should I buy?

A: If you're buying Leupold Scopes or Nikon Scopes through us your rings and bases are free. Let us know what type of rifle you're buying the scope for either in the 'comment section' when you're checking out or by email through our contact page click here or call us toll free at: 877-610-4810

Q: What is your policy on canceling orders?

A: You may cancel any order by emailing us at Support@RifleScopesPros.com or calling us within 12  hours of placing your order. 

Q: What is included in your 30 day money back guarantee?

A: If you're not satisfied with your Leupold Scope or Nikon Scope for any reason, email us with the reason that you are not satisfied, and mail the product back to us within 30 days of receiving it; for a full refund minus the shipping and handling charges.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: Yes, we do but contact us first due to shipping rates being different to each country. International shipping takes 5-7 business days for delivery and costs $US 35.00 via USPS Express Mail to most countries. Orders over 10 lbs may be subject to additional shipping cost. An email with that additional cost will be sent to the customer for approval. We must ship via UPS to Demark at a cost of $135.00 and FedEx to Spain at $55.00.

We will ship to certain countries outside the US. The list of acceptable countries changes periodically. Please email us if you would like to know if we can ship to your country.

Note: You are responsible for any duties or taxes payable within your country.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?

A: We do not charge sales tax on any orders that are placed outside of Utah! The tax rate we charge for Utah is around 6%.

Q: Do you accept checks or cashiers checks by mail?

A: Yes we do! After your check has cleared we will ship out your products.
